DelayDrop is private. We can't see your stuff, and nor can anyone else. And we don't know who you are.
- DelayDrop uses end-to-end encryption. Anything you send can only be read by the receiving device.
- We don't collect any personally identifying information, so we don't know who you are.
- We do collect usage analytics so we know how people use the app. This includes metadata like the type and size of what you send, but nothing sensitive like content or file names. We use Mixpanel for this, but again, this is anonymous.
- We don't share any data at all with third parties, except analytics as stated above.
- It would be impossible to match DelayDrop data with data from any other product or service. (In other words, all identifiers are synthetic and are specific to DelayDrop.)
